Method

In a hurricane glass filled with ice, pour blood orange juice and pomelo juice.
Blood Orange Juice 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Pomelo juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Add elderflower liqueur and gin, then gently stir to combine.
Elderflower Liqueur 30 ml1 oz3 cl Gin 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl
Top with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.

Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a small wedge of dragon fruit on the rim.
