This cocktail takes the classic Old Fashioned and adds a twist with miso-infused maple syrup, balancing the richness of bourbon with umami notes, served with an orange twist and a cherry.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine bourbon, miso-infused maple syrup, and bitters.
بوربون 60 ml2 oz6 cl شراب قيقب منقوع بالميسو 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl أنغوستورا بيتيرز 2 رشّتانStir well for about 30 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry.
