Method

Add the Blended Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Egg White to a shaker with cracked ice.
Blended Whiskey 60 ml2 oz6 cl Lemon Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Sugar 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl Egg White 1
Shake and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with the slice of Lemon and the Cherry.
