Ingredients: 25 ml Whiskey; 7.5 ml Honey; ½ Cinnamon; 1 slice Lemon; 1 Cloves; Lemon Juice; 200 ml Water

Method

Pour the Whiskey and Honey into a heatproof mug and stir together.
Whiskey 25 ml0.8 oz2.5 cl Honey 7.5 ml¼ oz0.75 cl
Add half a Cinnamon stick.
Cinnamon ½
Top up with hot Water.
Water 200 ml6.7 oz20 cl
Add the Lemon Juice to taste.
Lemon Juice
Garnish with a Lemon slice studded with Cloves.
