Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Add the Bourbon and Bénédictine.
Bourbon 90 ml3 oz9 cl Bénédictine 15 ml½ oz1.5 clShake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with the Lemon Peel as a twist.
