The Paper Plane is a sophisticated cocktail that blends the warmth of bourbon with the herbal complexity of Amaro Nonino. Aperol adds a touch of orangey brightness, while fresh lemon juice provides a sharp, refreshing acidity. Shaken with ice, the ingredients marry into a smooth, well-rounded drink that is both aromatic and easy to sip. It is a perfect choice for those who enjoy a mix of sweet, bitter, and sour notes in a single glass.
