This elegant stirred drink balances the dry spice of rye whiskey with the richness of sweet vermouth and cherry liqueur. The signature touch is the absinthe rinse, which coats the glass to add a gentle anise note without overwhelming the spirit. It is a sophisticated choice for those who enjoy classic profiles with a modern twist. Serve it in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a twist of lemon zest to brighten the aroma. It is a perfect companion for a quiet evening or a refined dinner.
