This cobbler blends the nutty depth of Amontillado with the bold character of Palo Cortado. The citrus wheels are muddled to release their oils, balancing the fortified wine with a bright, zesty finish. Served over crushed ice in a Julep cup, it is a crisp, aromatic drink that highlights the complexity of sherry without needing any other spirits. The fresh berry garnish adds a final touch of colour and freshness to this classic style.
