Add the Sherry, Sugar and Egg to a shaker with ice.
Sherry 60 ml2 oz6 cl Sugar 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl Egg 1 wholeShake and strain into a collins glass.
Top up with Milk and stir.
MilkSprinkle Nutmeg on top.
