Method

Add the Sherry, Light Cream, Sugar and Egg to a shaker with ice.
Sherry 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Light Cream 10 ml0.3 oz1 cl Sugar 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl Egg 1 whole
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Sprinkle Nutmeg on top.
